FULL ITINERARY
Day 1: Dar es salaam to Selous
Meet and greet with Our driver guide for a safari briefing and drive to Selous Game Reserve with packed lunch boxes. On arrival we will check in at Hippo Tented Camp. After checking in you will relax before going for an afternoon boat safari overnight at Bandas Camp on full board.

Day 2:Full day game drive in Selous National Park
After breakfast we will proceed for a full day game drive in Selous Game Reserve. Enjoy lunch on one of the picnic sites. After lunch you will continue with a game drive and back to the Bandas Camp for dinner and overnight on full board. Selous Game Reserve covers 5% of Tanzania’s total land area and is approximately 55 sq km. Selous is Africa’s largest wildlife reserve and Tanzania’s most extensive protected area. Selous Game Reserve is home to lion, wild dogs, elephants, buffaloes and also is a rich variety of bird life.

Day 3:Selous National Park to Mikumi National Park
Depart after an early breakfast through Selous Game Reserve with packed lunch boxes for Mikumi National Park. The drive will make you pass through farms along Uluguru Mountains and villages. On arrival in Mikumi you will start with late evening game drives overnight at Camp Bastian on Full Board.Mikumi National Park is Tanzania’s third largest park and covers an area of 3200 sq km. The park is flanked between the Udzungwa and Uluguru mountains, Mikumi National Park is home to buffaloes, elephants, lion, leopard, zebras, and Pythons.

Day 4: Full Day Game Drive in Mikumi National Park
After breakfast you go for a game drive in Mikumi National Park and back to the cottage for hot lunch and after lunch you will continue with the game drive before driving to Udzungwa Mountain National Park.

Day 5: Mikumi National Park to Dar Es Salaam
After breakfast you will drive to Dar es Salaam which is approximately 6 hrs driving from Mikumi National Park.

Day 6: Dar Es Salaam to Moshi
After early breakfast at the lodge with a packed lunch box we proceed with a game on route around Lobo area and proceed to Kogatende at mara river crossing to see wildebeest crossing mara river and full day game drive in Kogatende and back at the lodge in evening.

Day 7: Materuni waterfalls
A tour to Materuni Village and Waterfalls is a great way to spend a day away from the bustle of town life. The walk to Materuni Waterfall offers a glimpse into the nature of Tanzania allowing you either to prepare your body for the forthcoming climb to Kilimanjaro or ease your muscles after the climb. The tour starts with a walk to Materuni Waterfall. It is an opportunity to see how local fruits like avocados, mangos, lemons, and bananas grow, as well as learn some of the local history, traditions, village economy, agricultural and cultural life.
When you get to the waterfall, you can refresh yourself in the natural pool, so swimsuits will come in handy! The tour will continue with a visit to the local village lying in the coffee plantations. The villagers will demonstrate the process of coffee farming and guide you through the preparation of coffee from a bean to a cup. Sing and dance along with the Chaga people as they are grinding, roasting and boiling the beans. When the coffee is ready, villagers will serve lunch – a national Chagga meal.

Day 8: Mandara Hut Hiking a day trip at Kilimanjaro Mountain
After an Early breakfast Drive to Marangu Gate for a day trip to Mandara. You will be picked up in the morning at your hotel in Moshi and taken to the Kilimanjaro National Park Gate (Marangu Gate, 1860m-2700m). The drive will take approximately 1 hour. Once the necessary gate registration has been completed, your trek can begin and you will soon be hiking through the dense Kilimanjaro rainforest.
After a 3-4 hour hike, you will reach Mandara Hut (2700m), where you will have a well-earned rest and lunch. Your guide will then take you on a short hike (15 minutes walking distance) to the Maundi Crater, where you can enjoy wonderful views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Northern Tanzania and Kenya. Once you have thoroughly enjoyed the views, you will return to the Marangu Gate (2-3 hours walking distance), where your vehicle will be waiting for your transfer back to your hotel. On your return journey you can enjoy the sunset and the day‘s memories.

Day 9: Tarangire National Park
A day will start early, driving from Moshi town towards Tarangire National Park through the Maasai Steppe. A full day Game drive in Tarangire will allow you to experience a large herd of elephants and enjoy the scenery. Other large herds of animals such as Zebras, baboons, Lions, Wildebeest and Plenty of other Predators as well. Picnic lunch will be served at a public picnic site with an amazing view of Tarangire River where herds of animals drink water.

Day 10:Ngorongoro Crater game drive to Serengeti National Park
After an Early Breakfast, we will start our descend into the Crater from the lodgings on the crater rim. A Crater tour will allow you to experience Nature and humanity working together in harmony where Maasai live side by side with wild animals. A famous Hippo Pool, a lake within a crater and massive herds of animals. After a game drive in the crater around 2 o’clock we will proceed to Serengeti National park.

Day 11: Serengeti National Park Game Drive
You will wake up early in the morning for breakfast then we set off for further game drive in the wilderness to Serengeti National Park. The central serengeti is a home of a variety of resident game animals such as zebras, topi, gazelle, buffaloes, leopards,cheetah and lions.

Day 12: Serengeti National Park to Arusha
After an Early Breakfast, half day Game drive at Serengeti National till lunch time around 2 o’clock then we drive straight to Arusha town Dinner and overnight stay at Kibo Palace Hotel in Arusha.

Day 13: Arusha town to Kilimanjaro Airport
After a breakfast we bid a farewell to the hotel staff and drive towards Kilimanjaro Airport for your next flight.
